Will anyone pay attention to Turkey firing misiles on northern Iraq?

For years now, the Turkish government has violated Iraq's sovereignty.  From time to time, an Iraqi Minister of Foreign Affairs may rebuke them.  The US government repeatedly refuses to stand up and offer even a statement defending Iraq.  Could that ever change?

Probably not.  But if it was ever going to, now should be the time.  Michael Peck (NATIONAL INTEREST) reports:

As if the Near and Middle East needed more ballistic missiles, now Turkey has fired one in combat.
Turkey fired a Bora – a ballistic missile based on a Chinese design – at Kurdish militants in northern Iraq.
“Turkey’s domestically-produced tactical ballistic missile BORA successfully struck its target after it was used for the first time in actual combat within the scope of Operation Claw in northern Iraq,” according to Turkey’s Yeni Safak news site. “Bora was developed by Turkish defense giant ROKETSAN; its export version is called Khan.”

Maybe Joe Biden needs to be asked why the issue of the Turkish government bombing northern Iraq was never addressed in the either years Joe was vice president and over Iraq for the Obama administration.

Then again, his latest tall tale on Iraq hasn't gone over well so maybe he shouldn't.  If you missed it, Joe was tricked into supporting the Iraq War by that devious Bully Boy Bush.

While Joe continues to stumble and fumble, there are real choices.  One of the real choices?  US House Rep and Iraq War veteran Tulsi Gabbard:

As a Marine veteran of the forever war in Iraq, and someone who worked for the military-industrial complex and knows how soulless it is, I only wish there was more I could do to help ’s message reach further and further πŸ“‘πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ“‘☮️πŸ“‘

New topic, I enjoyed HOT MILLIONS on TCM tonight.  I didn't enjoy greasy Ben Mankowitz offering his political comments.  He really needs to learn that we watching TCM for movies, not for his political beliefs or commentary.  HOT MILLIONS is a funny movie that I enjoy every time I watch it.  It doesn't require Ben trying to tie it into political events of today.  If he wants to provide trivia about the movie, he should do so.  If he wants to use the film to sell some political talking point, he should walk his chubby ass over to THE YOUNG TURKS for that.  His politics do not belong on TCM.  No partisan politics belong on that network.  We watch for the movies, not for Ben's political beliefs.
