#GNA3 #GraceSlick Grace Slick On Psychedelics | Good Night America (May 1st, 1974)
Gracie Slick is special as the lead singer of the Jefferson Airplane now called Starship, she is unquestionably one of the queens of rock music. I guess because at a time they were both in San Francisco, who were both women singing lead in top rock and roll bands. The comparison between her and Janis were very much in vogue before Janis died. Now as not only a great artist in her own right, but also someone who managed to live through the insanity of the rock world in the late 60’s, she’s uniquely qualified to talk about it.
