Black transgender woman killed in Cleveland becomes 33rd transgender death in 2021

[Per Human Rights Campaign, it's now at least 39 transgender murders in 2021.]

Tierramarie Lewis is the tenth transgender woman to be killed in Cleveland, since 2013. All but one were women of color. 3News' Rachel Polansky reprorts.
