John Head) presiding and says, "Go flush yourself." Judge Toilet ruled a mistrial on Wednesday (over the objection of the defense). As a result, Ehren Watada may not have to face another court-martial since the sole reason for the mistrial call appears to be allow the prosecution a "do over."
