ISIS is still in Iraq

"The Happening" by Diana Ross & the Supremes is one of the 19 number one pop songs (BILLBOARD US singles chart) that Diana Ross has sang on.  November 19th, she'll be on the live broadcast (ABC) of The American Music Awards to perform and to receive the American Music Award for Lifetime Achievement.  Motown Classic is issuing DIAMOND DIANA: THE LEGACY COLLECTION November 17th to note this monumental achievement.

That embarrassing crap airing on TMC?

Ben needs to be taken off the air anyway.  He's ugly.  Yes, after Ava and I have taken on his lousy wardrobe, the network has fixed that.

But nothing will fix the fact that they keep putting on ugly men and one woman who's what?

30?

Middle-aged ugly men (Ben's 50) and the young woman.

It's practically pedophilia.

Ben's so greasy and slimey.  He's interviewing a veteran and talking to the man like he's a child.

It was insulting and patronizing.

The strong and brave veteran lost a leg.  He didn't lose his mind.  But you wouldn't know that by the way Ben spoke to him like he was an idiot -- and tried to correct him (Ben also tried to correct him on how he saw himself because, apparently, every veteran needs to be told how they're wrong about who they really are by Ben).

Replace him with Dave Karger already.

Ben can't dress, he's physically repulsive and he brings nothing to the party.

His interview with the veteran should be the nail in Ben's coffin forever.

Let's send him to an undisclosed location with The Problem From Hell Samantha Power:

US intelligence said there were WMD's in Iraq - they lied. They were backing "moderate rebels" in Syria - they lied. Genocide in Libya? - lied again. Not spying on US citizens communications - a lie. Russia hacked French election - another lie. Detect any pattern yet?

Hey, Sammy, remember when you explained to the BBC -- the reason you had to resign from Barack Obama's 2008 campaign -- that his promise to end the Iraq War wasn't really a promise?

And remember when you insisted that Nouri al-Maliki, who lost the 2010 elections, had to have a second term because he was the only thing that would bring stability to Iraq?

And he went on to target and torture Iraqi citizens?  To bomb residential neighborhoods and so much more?

Maybe it's time, Samantha Power, you went back to your own country?

Ireland will probably take you back.

It'll be so much easier on you, you won't have to pretend you know about American democracy or American history or the Constitution -- all topics that clearly escape you.

In other fake asses:

Iraq War vet and VoteVets' director of Government Relations, : "Donald Trump is easily — easily — the most anti-veteran president in the history of this country. It's not even close."

Donald Trump hasn't been president for a year.  Only a group of lying whores -- Vote Schmucks, as Rebecca's called them -- would issue such a statement.

Strange, isn't it, that Vote 'Vets' never issued a statement slamming Barack?

Barack did promise to end veterans homelessness and gave a date it would be ended.

He didn't the Iraq War and he didn't end veterans homelessness.

We're also still waiting on that seamless electronic medical record that would follow the enlisted from active duty to veteran thereby making it easier for veterans to get the medical treatment they need.  Do we realize how many millions Barack wasted on not achieving that?

Do we get how he let Shinseki do nothing on that and then blame the various Sectaries of Defense?

Do we get all the lies on that?

No, because whores like Vote 'Vets' lie and playing partisan politics.

They should be ashamed of themselves.

WESTWORLD notes:

The Denver/Boulder/Fort Collins chapters of Veterans for Peace joined with Iraq Veterans Against the War at the Veterans Day Parade in downtown Denver on November 11. Travis Weiner, an Iraq War vet and third-year-student at the University of Colorado Law School, led the Vets for Peace contingent. All photos by Brandon Marshall.

Again, here for the photo essay.

BBC NEWS notes, "Iraqi forces have launched an offensive to recapture Rawa, the last town controlled by so-called Islamic State. The town, and a few small parcels of land, are all that remains under the militants' control in Iraq, after the larger town of al-Qaim fell last week."

Wait, weeks ago, Iraq's prime minister Hayder al-Abadi announced ISIS was out of Iraq.

You mean he lied?

Again?

RUDAW notes that Iraq's parliamentary election -- now pushed back to May 15th of next year -- will utilize "electronic voting boxes" per the Independent High Electoral Commission. Someone might want to contact Bev Harris.

NEW YORK, NY (November 2, 2017) – In response to unprecedented national division and the politicization of veterans and the military, Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA) today launched a campaign to connect and empower veterans to unite all Americans this Veterans Month. The leading voice of the Post-9/11 generation of veterans announced “I March For”, a digital campaign to bring all Americans together to march for veterans and to highlight the bonds between all Americans through their connections to our nation’s veterans. “I March For” invites veterans, active duty service members, as well as all civilians, to march on the ground or virtually in honor of someone, or an issue personal to them. Reminding all Americans of the sacrifices made by service members of all generations, and the potential they represent as leaders in times of adversity, IAVA will bridge difficult divides in America and create a shared bond around our nation’s veterans.
“Every year nationwide, IAVA unites thousands of veterans and allies to recognize Veterans Day. This year, we wanted to ensure all Americans recognize Veterans Day and have an opportunity to march, in person or online, alongside veterans and in honor of an issue or person important to them. Veterans can bridge divides ripping apart our country. We can be the connective tissue to bring people together with trust and honor. That’s why we’re proud to launch Veterans Month and the “I March For” digital campaign, to connect and empower veterans to achieve the difficult task of uniting all Americans,” said Paul Rieckhoff, Founder and CEO of IAVA.
Learn more about the campaign and sign up online here.
This innovative digital campaign is the start of a full month of IAVA-led activities and campaigns nationwide ranging from film partnerships to local town halls with elected officials to Twitter chats to West Point football games. We welcome all Americans to educate, activate and advocate with IAVA.
Two nights before Veterans Day, on November 9 in New York, IAVA will host our 11th  Annual Heroes Gala. Veterans of all generations from across America will gather as IAVA presents the 2016 Lifetime Achievement Award to Robert McDonald, former Secretary of Veterans Affairs. IAVA will award the Veterans Leadership Award to Medal of Honor recipient and retired Army Captain Florent Groberg. The 2016 IAVA Civilian Leadership Award will be presented to Rosanne Haggerty, President of Community Solutions and founding IAVA Board member. Special guests Stephen ColbertMeghan McCain and Willie Geist, will join the uplifting evening full of laughs, entertainment, remembrance and excitement.

You mean the same CIA that manufactured and spread lies which led to the destruction of Iraq, Libya and Syria

When will all the haters and fools out there realize that having a good relationship with Russia is a good thing, not a bad thing. There always playing politics - bad for our country. I want to solve North Korea, Syria, Ukraine, terrorism, and Russia can greatly help!
  • You mean the same CIA that manufactured and spread the lies which led to the destruction of Iraq, Libya and Syria?
  • John McCain - The world’s “human rights” conscience who loves head-choppers of all sorts, from jihadists in Libya and Syria to the tyrannical regime in Saudi Arabia. 🙄
  • To be clear: The “17 intelligence agencies” canard has been repeatedly debunked. And even multiple mainstream media outlets which originally pushed the lie have now since retracted it. Let that sink in.

Our alliance with Saudi Arabia contradicts the objectives of our so-called "War on Terror." Saudi's support for Wahhabi Salafist ideology spreads terrorism and undermines national and global security. Foreign policy should not be brokered according to fossil fuel interests.
  • Millions face starvation in Yemen thanks to Saudi Arabia. But the UN humanitarian chief still won’t call for this horrible regime to be removed from the UN Human Rights Council.

Great article on the truly deranged Russia conspiracists who have built up a big online following & are still cited by reckless journalists: , , , , , etc.
  • Wikileaks reveals that the CIA designed a hacking tool to “impersonate” Russia’s Kaspersky Labs. Everyday, the Russiagate narrative keeps on falling apart.
  • This so-called “conspiracy theorist” is in fact an ex-NSA officer, with more than 30 years of experience, who firmly denies any Russian interference in the 2016 US election.
  • You helped spy on millions of Americans and bring Neo-Nazis to power in Ukraine. Save us the hypocritical lectures on what’s politically “coarse” and “vile”.

Despite McCain and co.'s best efforts, ISIS as a 'state' is now over in Syria.

I appreciate all of the support from everyone. A medical update: final report indicates six broken ribs & new X-ray shows a pleural effusion
  • The Bushes invaded Iraq on lies, murdering and displacing millions. Bill Clinton dismantled Yugoslavia and sanctioned over 500,000 Iraqi children to death. Obama was bombing no less than 7 countries throughout his entire presidency. But yeah, Trump’s totally the worst. 🙄
  • for showing what a massive hypocrite you are by shrieking about Russia day and night for over a year when it was you in fact who rigged the DNC. 😉
  • The Obama administration spent $42 million on social media projects that contributed to the utter destruction of Syria and Libya. But Russian media outlets bought thousands of dollars worth of social media ads and it’s the end of the world. 🙄
  • So let me get this straight: It’s okay for France to support head-chopping, church-burning jihadists in Syria for over 5 years, but exposing the violence of ISIS terrorists can get you prosecuted for “inciting terrorism” and “seriously harming human dignity”? Unbelievable.
  • Yes for taking tens of millions of dollars from misogynistic, jihadist-supporting absolute monarchies and helping destroy the lives of thousands of women in Syria, Libya, Honduras and Haiti. This is what makes you a true “champion of women’s rights”.

I can see why some people don't like Trump, but have truly never been able to fathom how anyone could like Hillary.

We must end our counterproductive regime change policy and instead invest our precious resources here at home. We can't afford to do both.

Sarah, check this out :) Putin predicted Syrian war, but no-one heard him
  • Hillary Clinton, who never shuts up about sexism, had sexists at the top levels of her campaign. Color me shocked.
