It's the same story over and over.
Whether it's Falluja or Ramdi or Mosul or now Tal Afar.
New refugees created with each operation.
And War Crimes against civilians.
But we're supposed to be surprised when it happens.
We're supposed to shake our heads and wonder how.
Even though it's happened in every operation in Iraq in the last two years.
At what point do we stop pretending it's an anomaly?
At what point do we start grasping that it's actually part of the plan and why it keeps repeating over and over?
