A War Criminal dies -- and even Donna Brazil (of all people) tries to play nice

Another War Criminal is dead.

  1. When a war criminal dies, it should be obvious that we not honor the war criminal & instead honor their victims. On 2/13/‘91, 408 civilians were killed — most of them women, children, & the elderly, & most of them burned alive — when US forces bombed the Amiriyah shelter in Iraq.
  2. Don't mourn George Bush. Mourn 100s of thousands massacred in Iraq, thousands slaughtered in Panama, millions dead in Southern Africa, Central America, Asia and everywhere else he backed atrocities in name of American Empire.

I can't with these headlines about Bush's "masterful foreign policy". He was a warmonger whose violence created unliveable conditions in Iraq hurting civilians, like my family who didn't have access to life saving drugs or basic food. F**k him. And f**k media's historical erasure

George HW Bush systematically attacked the civilian infrastructure in Iraq. He turned hospitals into death rows for infants. He widely used depleted uranium, causing cancer rates to skyrocket. He made Iraq a mass graveyard. And the killing hasn’t stopped since.

I'll never forget that winter night in 1991 when George H.W. Bush launched the first missiles at Iraq live on CNN & it actually felt like the beginning of the long, long war we've been in ever since. My daughter was 2 years old. Her whole life we've been at war. New World Order.

  1. George Bush Senior, who gave us the first Iraq war and the Mile of Death on the road to Basra, dies at the age of 94. Epitaph: he made the world a more dangerous place.

  1. Replying to
‘it’s important to recall that the first Gulf War was sold to the public on a pack of lies that were just as egregious as those told by the second Bush administration 12 years later’.
  2. George H.W. Bush invaded Panama, dropped 88,500 tons of bombs on Iraq/Kuwait, and escalated the war on drugs and mass incarceration. And that’s his legacy as president. He also has a legacy as CIA Director and Vice President.
  3.

  1. "The Ignored Legacy of George H.W. Bush: War Crimes, Racism, and Obstruction of Justice" - my latest for on the late GOP president's bombing of civilians in Iraq, Willie Horton, and his Iran-contra obstruction of justice, among other things:
  2. Under Bush Sr., the U.S. dropped a whopping 88,500 tons of bombs on Iraq and Iraqi-occupied Kuwait, many of which resulted in horrific civilian casualties.
  3. For the Guardian, George HW Bush's devastation of Iraq was 'triumphant', 'the president did not put a foot wrong', 'his most impressive achievement', 'After Bush’s masterly management of the first Iraq war'.... A very ugly apologetic for massive crimes
  4. Bush: *invades Panama, bombs Iraq* The New Yorker: “he’s so goofy!”

  1. In 1991 some 2 million Kurds were forced to flee Iraq after Bush Sr encouraged population to revolt against Saddam & subsequently abandoned them to be massacred by the regime We didn’t want to leave our homeland This is a photo of my family on that journey
  2. George Bush sr (and the neo-manifest destiny ideology he and his idiot son helped pioneer) led to the destruction of Iraq...he let 100,000 AIDS patients die.....but everyone from vapid twink oomfs to the Obamas to the Trumps are praising him as some sort of intellectual dove.
  3. George H.W. Bush was an even bigger and more murderous creep than John McCain because Bush held positions of greater power to devastate :Iraq, Palestine, Nicaragua, El Salvador & Panama to mention only those that readily come to mind
  4. The Republican president, director of central intelligence, & oil tycoon oversaw so many crimes, leaving countless victims in Iraq, Panama, Yugoslavia, Palestine, & beyond. But above all, Bush's refusal to apologize for shooting down an Iranian civilian plane will live in infamy
  5. The Guardian outrageously says of George HW Bush in Iraq "the president did not put a foot wrong". Don't trust The Guardian.

If there's a hell, Poppy Bush is headed there.

He'll find his 'beautiful minded' hag of a wife Barbara Bush already waiting there.  Maybe she's taken up with his mistresses while she waited?  His Jennifer.  Or maybe the lady with the house boat in San Francisco?  They are a trashy family who required the media to prop them up.

Speaking of trashy reminds me of Donna.

Powerful

Poor Donna, she'll die a whore -- and a discount retail one at that.

Donna, for those who don't know, tried to get the press to cover Poppy Bush's affair in the 1988 race when she was working for the Dukakis campaign.

From October 21, 1988 (LOS ANGELES TIMES):

The odd episode in an already negative presidential campaign unfolded as Dukakis appealed for votes in Connecticut and New York. Brazile, saying she spoke only for herself, made her initial remarks to a small group of reporters after Dukakis appearances in New Haven, Conn., and elaborated during a bus trip with reporters to New York City.
"I'm talking about George Bush and somebody with the initials J. F. or whatever the names are," she said. She was apparently alluding to a story published by the LA Weekly in Los Angeles, which quoted unidentified sources as saying Bush had had a longstanding affair with a member of his staff and also had an affair during the mid-1970s with another woman. The rumor first cropped up in 1987, prompting this colorful denial from George Bush Jr.: "The answer to the big A question is N.O."
Wall Street analysts attributed Wednesday's abrupt market decline to a rumor that the Washington Post planned to publish a damaging story about Bush. The Post had no such story, and Brazile said she did not know personally of the accuracy of the Bush rumors.

She was forced out of the Dukakis campaign as a result.  Back then, she was condemning Poppy's Willie Horton ad for "using the oldest racial symbol imaginable -- a black man raping a white woman" (Mitchell Locin and Timothy J. McNulty, CHICAGO TRIBUNE, October 25, 1988).  Today the K-Mart whore rushes to praise Poppy Bush.

He's a War Criminal.

Save your tears for the people of Iraq whose lives he destroyed, for the victims of his actions at the CIA, for so many others.
