Bill Maher: Still the Absolute Worst -- and Jack Allison is a damn idiot and Katie's not a whole lot better

 

Katie and Sunday night cohost Jack Allison (@https://twitter.com/jackallisonLOL) share a clip of the relentlessly unfunny Bill Maher making a “joke” about what women can call their “rape babies” once Amy Coney Barrett is sworn in. Surprisingly, this joke is not funny. Jack suggests we instead blame Hillary Clinton and the PUMAs who left the party after Obama won the primary, for losing traditionally blue states to Trump, which prompts Katie to share a video from a run-in she had with said PUMAs at the DNC in 2008. Jack Allison is an damn idiot.  Why in the world would you blame Sarah Palin or Sarah Palin supporters for the make up of the Court?  Sarah wasn't the president and wasn't on a winning ticket.  And if Dems lost PUMAs in 2008, it was on them to win them back -- if that happened.  I don't believe the bulk of PUMAs became Republicans.  

And Katie should be ashamed of herself.

PUMA?  Much better than her piece of garbage friend Spencer Ackerman whose 'great' thinking ('thinking') was to shut down talk of Jeremiah Wright, just call people 'racists!'  That's outrageous and it was outrageous when it took place -- in hiding on JOURNOLIST.

And Katie thinks she knows PUMAs.  I don't think that clip was representative of PUMAs.  I wasn't a PUMA but I respected them and I respect them now.  Sexism was used throughout 2007 and 2008.  Marie Coco documented it very well at THE WASHINGTON POST but she stood alone.  Women who stood up to sexism should be applauded.  And women who complained about a rigged process (Texas, one example, went for Hillary -- how did Barack get more votes -- oh, yeah, cheating and lying). Unlike Bernie Bros, Hillary supporters had a spine and refused to just go along with it.  Good for them.  

Spencer Ackerman's a damn liar and was caught lying throughout 2008.  If that's who Katie thinks is someone to identify with then, "Bitch, please," we're done with you.  I'm not joking.  Katie's supposed to be a feminist and this is the garbage we get from her?  Spencer good but PUMA bad?

Bull f**king s**t.

And F**K you on "rape babies."  Rape isn't a joke to begin with.  F**K you.

And f**k you for letting Jack make his remarks.  If Jack has a "rape baby," biology means he's the rapist.  Did you not get that while you were funning and playing stupid?

I am deeply disappointed in Katie Halper.

Women like Delilah Boyd, Susan Nunes, Riverdaughter and more were leaders in the fight against sexism in 2008.  Trash like Spencer Ackerman?  Promoting sexism.
