Scott Desnoyers's son 29 year old son Danny drove to the Mohawk River, glued his seat belt into its buckle and then drove into the body of water. Just two weeks before his death, Daniel was forced to stop taking an antipsychotic medication he had been using for more than a decade because his insurer, Fidelis Care, canceled his coverage over failure to pay an outstanding premium of $20 and he couldn't afford the monthly $250 out-of-pocket cost.
