In 2010, Iraqiya beat Nouri's State of Law in the parliamentary elections which meant that Ayad Allawi should have been named prime minister. But Nouri put upon his prettiest and pinkest panties and stomped his feet for 8 months while Barack ordered US officials in Iraq to broker a contract (The Erbil Agreement) which went around the Iraqi voters, democracy and the Constitution to give Nouri a second term as prime minister.
Apparently when he visited Barack November 1st, he stripped down to a g-string and did a lap dance.
Because despite the fact that Nouri's a tyrant running secret prisons, the world learned this week that Barack's providing him with Hellfire Missiles and drones.
And Nouri spent this week threating peaceful protesters.

Today Nouri's done what he does so well, target political rivals, issue warrants for their arrest and kill, kill, kill. When Nouri targets a political rival what does that mean?
It means the rival is Sunni and a member of Iraqiya.

Iraqi forces have
arrested an MP, killing his brother and five of his guards during a raid
on his home in the western city of Ramadi.
Ahmed al-Awlani, a member of the Sunni community, had backed protests against the mainly Shia government of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki and was reportedly wanted on terrorism charges.
At least 18 people were injured. One woman was also killed which BBC misses but the BBC is far better than most English language outlets.
