Who is the Mysterious Woman Saying Hello? Episode One of The Gray Area, a new audio drama that you can listen to for free, has just been released. It features a mysterious woman, rats, sizzling breakfast sounds, and dark unspeakable secrets! The episode features incredible performances from the hard-working Tim Torre and Shakespearean powerhouse Emily Carding! A man wakes up in his apartment with a hazy memory of the night before. He’s greeted in bed by a mysterious woman who keeps saying, “Hello.” But she seems to know far more about his life than he ever could have told her in one night. And as the rats gnaw mercilessly from within the walls, she has a few bold and shocking answers as to why he’s so afraid. You can listen to "Hello" here. "Hello" runs twenty-two minutes. This incredibly ambitious audio drama series has been some fourteen months in the making. The first season alone has cast more than three dozen actors in 45 speaking roles. And we are presently releasing a new episode every two weeks. While each story can be experienced on its own terms, the careful listener will discover connections between all the stories hinting at the larger stakes that we hope to roll out over the course of four seasons.
