Don't cry for Hillary, Iraq

  1. This Iraqi artist DIED because 'patriotic' troops found this picture offensive. I can't even imagine all those atrocities happening in Syria

Who killed this woman this artist this mother?
Who broke the candle and snuffed out her light
Along with her husband and wounded her children
And sauntered away like a beast in the night?
"Not I" said the soldier
"I just follow orders and it was my duty to do my job well"
"Not I" said the leader who ordered the slaughter
"I'm saddened it happened, but then, war is hell"
"Not us" said the others who heard of the horror
Turned a cold shoulder on all that was done
In all the confusion a single conclusion
The circle of sorrow has only begun
-- "Circle of Sorrow," written by Kris Kristofferson, first appears -- as "The Circle (Song for Layla Al-Attar and Los Olivdados of Argentina" -- on his album BROKEN FREEDOM SONG: LIVE FROM SAN FRANCISCO.

The orders to kill artist Layla Al-Attar came from Bill Clinton.

The war on Iraq has been a bi-partisan war and didn't begin in 2003, it began long, long before that.

Today, War Hawk Hillary Clinton Tweeted:

My heart is in Charlottesville today, and with everyone made to feel unsafe in their country.

The hate that she and so many others spent the last year inciting has flared up.

So she waddles in to weigh in and point the finger at others.

That's what makes her so truly deplorable.

Today, Hillary's alleged heart goes out to Charlottesville.

So what?

It was peace in Iraq today?

Doesn't look that way.

Among today's violence, ALSUMARIA notes a Baghdad car bombing left two people injured, there was a mortar attack on a farming village outside Diyala, there was also a mortar attack outside Baquba, a grenade attack in Ramadi left four people injured, 1 person was shot dead southeast of Baghdad, a Karbala car bombing left one Iraqi soldier injured, a Tikrit shooting left 2 people dead and two more injured, a Salah al-Din bombing left 4 people dead and nine more injured, and the Ministry of Interior announced a suicide bomber had detonated in Mosul.

When does Hillary's heart go out to Iraq?

She voted for the 2003 war.

She and Bill attacked Iraq repeatedly while he was president -- and I'm saying "she and Bill" because her campaigns were all about her power post as First Lady.

She's never felt a bit of remorse and even her laughable "mistake" quickly became it wasn't a mistake to vote for the Iraq War but to think that Bully Boy Bush would send more troops to Iraq than he did.

Politicians don't care about the people, they care about the dollar and enriching their own pockets.

Iraqi invasion of Kuwait in 1990 used by UK to boost weapon sales

  1. Iraqi invasion of Kuwait in 1990 used by UK to boost weapon sales. Is it different today?

  1. "...unparalleled opportunity for DESO; a vast demonstration range with live ammunition and ‘real’ trials...”
  2. Iraqi invasion of Kuwait in 1990 used by UK to boost weapon sales duh of course

We all are one -- including the people marching today.

They're expressing hatred.

I wish they weren't and that they could see that we are all one -- both domestically and around the world.

But they've had a campaign where both major parties preached and sold hate.

That's what politicians do, divide.

They don't bring together, they don't unite.

Maybe they did once but long ago the bean counters merged with the soul-less to bring about the politics of hatred.

Hillary and Donald did not originate it, they only ran on it.

September 25th.  That's when the referendum on the KRG is to be held.

ALSUMARIA reports that Hoshyar al-Zebari stated today that, despite US objection, the referendum will be held on September 25th.  NINA notes that Iraqi Vice President Ayad al-Allawi has also called on the Kurds not to hold the vote for secession.

The Iraq War has not ended.  Nor has ISIS been expelled from Iraq.
