It maybe me but with an unformed Cabinet and palpable and justifiable popular anger Iraq’s specific problems feel much more immediate
Today, nothing was born for the Iraqi government yet again.
Yes, yesterday they were saying the Cabinet would be voted in today -- the eight empty positions -- but once again it did not happen.
And the rain continues in Iraq.
