Iraq has a new prime minister-designate
Iraq has a new prime minister-designate. If President Saleh has tasked Mohammed Tawfiq Allawi with forming a new government, that means, per the Iraqi Constitution, that he has 30 days to form a cabinet and, if he can (or if they pretend he can -- as has happened in the past), he moves from prime minister-desigante to prime minister.
