    It's so funny to watch Dem party operatives walk the line between admitting there was a catastrophic embarrassment and defending their friends who caused it.
    It’s inexcusable that Shadow’s reporting app didn’t work. But it’s the Iowa Democratic Party’s job to test it and have a plan B. It’s also true that the Democratic Party is way behind when it comes to technology and we need to invest in and develop new tools.
