Democrat on the House Armed Services Committee Adam Smith as he
discussed the great things he's witnessed accomplished in the U.S.
Military and the support many veterans and servicemembers have received.
In Episode 4, we sit down with Governor Wes Moore as we discuss the
'spirit of drive' and ‘Growth Mentality.’ Hundreds of companies we use
day-in and day-out were founded by veterans: Walmart, Nike, Comcast,
Polo, Wendy’s, etc. which shows the drive and tenacity of veterans in
and out of service.
This Thursday we’re announcing the ‘Face the Fight’ initiative with USAA
CEO Wayne Peacock. Why? Because every year 6,000 of our brother and
sister veterans die by suicide. I’m blessed to be the honorary chair of

Our goal is to cut veteran suicides - we’ve lost more than 120K of our
