Nov. 22 marks 5 yrs. since the murder of 12 yr. old Tamir Rice by police. We must end police genocide against people of color, empower communities to control policing and fight all racism depriving our children of their futures (ed. racism, employment discrim., redlining, etc.)

Coal looms large in Rock Springs, WY (my recent stop). But nearby in W. Wyo. there’s much cleaner energy coming from these windmills. The Green New Deal with our extension the Green Path Forward makes the global energy transition needed to secure our planet and our future.
We should all aim to reduce, reuse and recycle. But we need an overhaul of US recycling. We must halt outsourcing (often to the poorest countries) to stop inequalities from transferred pollution and institute stronger packaging regulation and producer responsibility. #Hunter2020
