Retired NY State Supreme Court Judge Emily Jane Goodman has an idea for how to protect abortion rights: use the 13th Amendment to the Constitution, 13th Amendment, which abolished slavery and involuntary servitude (except, of course, as punishment, which makes it, like The Constitution, incredibly racist and problematic).
