PBS Books will share live coverage of the Miami Book Fair featuring interviews with leading authors through Facebook Live and livestream, following on the heels of PBS’s The Great American Read

Saturday, November 17th & Sunday, November 18th

PBS Books coverage will tentatively feature former Senator and Secretary of State John Kerry, bestseller John Grisham, young adult novelist Kwame Alexander, novelistSandra Cisneros, historian Michael Beschloss, poet Billy Collins, commentatorRebecca Traister and debut novelist R.O. Kwon, plus major literary names like Michael OndaatjeJacqueline WoodsonCurtis Sittenfeld, and Peter Sagal of “Wait, Wait, Don’t Tell Me” fame.

With book lovers still excited about the results of “The Great American Read,” PBS Books will be presenting 8 hours of live coverage at the Miami Book Fair 2018 with free streaming options available to libraries for sharing with their digital viewers.

Libraries across America will be offering this coverage to the avid readers in their communities. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect your community with our exciting online event; it is a great way to engage with your readers and send them scurrying to your bookshelves to snap up works by the celebrated authors interviewed.
