Sky News host Andrew Bolt says it often seems Joe Biden is "going senile" so who he picks as vice president holds extra importance as he may in fact be picking the real US president if he were to win the election in November. Mr Bolt discussed facets of American politics and the election with former White House staff member Barbara Heineback. Ms Heineback said she didn't think Joe Biden "would have a prayer if he didn't select a woman" as his running mate.
