The worst Cold Warriors of (last) week are Hillary Clinton and Mark Warner. Mark Warner is working with Marco Rubio, always a good sign, to prove alleged weapons of energetic destruction, which Warner can't, apparently, talk about because he's "bumping up against classified material."
