    This is pure nonsense. Under this logic, the First Amendment would never protect speech about foreign policy or speech critical of foreign governments.
    Rubio on the floor of Senate now. Just said BDS isn't about free speech, but foreign policy. This is because BDS is aimed not at influencing a domestic debate, but changing the actions of a foreign state. Claims there are court cases to support this proposition.

    HAPPENING TODAY! Please take a few minutes and let your senators know that we all have the right to boycott and it is a cynical move to try and sneak in anti-BDS legislation while government funding is at a standstill and workers aren't getting paid.
