It’s moments like this you should really question why CNN, why the US government and its proxy think tanks are so scared of what people like me and have to say. These entities really want to shut us up. Why? Because we say things like this

Thank you, Rania, for coming on the show & explaining how regime change doesn't just destroy other countries but helps Trump; reporting from war-torn Iraq to hookworm stricken Alabama; & making the much needed connections between imperialism abroad & inequality here.

Wouldn't it be nice if every corporate media outlet had to list the banks, weapons contractors & oil companies that subsidize their content?

Listen to the full CNN interrogation of me and my colleague for their story that got censored from Facebook. The McCarthyism is intense. CNN attacked my anti interventionist views on Venezuela as nothing more than kremlin talking points

Rania Khalek presents U.S. regime change wars in 4 steps. 1. Paint leader as cartoon villain. 2. Impose sanctions to destroy economy & create humanitarian crisis. 3. fund & recognize opposition 4. Overthrow government, country goes to s***

I talk to about being investigated by CNN and censored by Facebook.
  • Thanks soooo much to for having me on her show to talk about being censored from Facebook, why regime change wars are bad and how much abuse we get for supporting Bernie Sanders

All four Maffick Facebook pages, including Soapbox and In the Now, are back online after being taken down by FB for 10 days. With no warning. No explanation. And no violation of any terms on our part. This is our official response to censorship.

A message from Playa el Yete, Estado de Vargas, Venezuela, 2/25/19: Americans have the responsibility to protect (R2P) Venezuela from Washington’s sadistic permanent war state. Be in DC on March 16 for the national rally to declare
  • I guess it’s always been this way. People need to be strong and stop succumbing to the pressure to cut people out to appease pro war and centrist smear artists
  • We live in an era where powerful forces exert a great deal of energy smearing and marginalizing people like me, so much so that they pressure other people to stop interacting with us lest they too be smeared and marginalized . And I know it works. So sad.

After 10 days of censoring our Facebook pages at the behest of CNN and US government funded think tanks, Facebook republished ’s pages. Here’s my and ’s response to being censored
  • “My research suggests that across Europe and North America, centrists are the least supportive of democracy, the least committed to its institutions and the most supportive of authoritarianism.”
  • The Israel lobby is using smears of anti-semitism to suppress criticism of Israel and ensure Palestinians are treated chiefly as terrorists. And centrists are playing along to crush the left and ensure the dominance of neoliberal austerity politics

  • How come there is zero backlash against Elizabeth Warren’s bigotry against Palestinian babies? Ilhan Omar was forced to apologize for rightly observing the influence of the Israel lobby on politicians. Meanwhile no one is bothered by Warren’s hurtful words
  • There are many false and cynical accusations of anti-Semitism against people like Ilhan Omar and Chris Williamson. Meanwhile no one cares about the comfort of Palestinian/Arab/Muslim community that endures routine bigotry. I feel unwelcome by Dem party racism toward my ethnicity
  • How come no one is ever reprimanded for racism against Palestinians? It’s so common and even expected to be bigoted towards Palestinians in the US Democratic Party and UK Labour, and there are incentives and rewards for that.
