NYT:Pentagon Applies Nuremberg Code to GITMO Detainees!

 Francis A. Boyle is an attorney and a professor  at the University of Illinois College of Law. His books include Foundations of World Order (Duke University Press: 1999) and Tackling America’s Toughest Questions (2009).   His most recent book is United Ireland, Human Rights and International Law.  

New York Times: “Under Pentagon policy, because the  Food and Drug Administration has given only emergency-use authorization to the Moderna and Pfizer-Bio vaccines, the recipient’s consent is required to administer the shots.” Sure, the Pentagon knows full well that these Covid Frankenshots require informed and voluntary consent under the Nuremberg Code on Medical Experimentation. It’s nice to see the Pentagon agrees with me. QED. Unfortunately, the Pentagon did not when they required US Armed Forces to take the 2 Frankenshots that produced the Gulf War Syndrome in violation of the Nuremberg Code on Medical Experimentation. Guess the Pentagon  learned their lesson from that humanitarian catastrophe? Fab.
