CDC claims that a certain medical treatment is safe for pregnant women. In this video, Dr Naomi wolf reads the actual study on which claim is based and finds that 1. it does not necessary include verifiable "pregnant women" but can include any "people" who identify as pregnant; it is self-reported; 2. it is a PHONE APP -- so totally self reported and hundreds of women could not be reached and 3. it leaves out vast datasets that could reveal problems with outcomes. It had to be corrected, and a new peer-reviewed study takes issue with the methodology.
