We put our name on some things and you can get them here
Shopping for records! Finding new bands! Building your collection! Listening to it! There are many ways to do all of it, and now the music industry wants to hear how YOU do it. The Music Business Association, the trade association for, well, the music business, and Music Watch, a leading research firm, are conducting a market research study to get your opinions about music discovery, shopping preferences and the kinds of physical music products that you like to buy.  

The anonymous results from actual music purchasers like you have the potential to influence the things you find at record stores and other retailers in the future. It's important to note that Record Store Day is not conducting this study, but we're happy to make you aware and offer you a voice.

If you are over 13 years old and would like to anonymously share your music discovery, buying and listening habits in a 15-minute survey, please go to this link and fill out the few questions by Friday, February 25. 

In mid-March, the first 1000 respondents who qualify will receive a separate link to take the survey. If you get the link, and complete the full survey, they will send you a Tango Card redeemable for e-cards for your favorite retailers and restaurants across the nation.

Remember, this is anonymous, and your individual responses will remain confidential and your name will never be used in the presentation of the findings. Your responses will be aggregated with other music fans to provide a snapshot of how music fans across the US are interacting with physical music product today. You will never be solicited for any reason, and you're not required to purchase anything. 

Again, Record Store Day is not conducting this study, but we wanted to make you aware of it, in case you want to take part!
