Chump's pal Musk is in business with terrorists

Only in a White House run by a Convicted Felon can we encountered news like what Maggie Harrison Dupre (FUTURISM) reports:

Who's paying for a blue checkmark on X-formerly-Twitter these days? According to a new report by the big tech accountability nonprofit Tech Transparency Project (TTP), the answer is: a bunch of terrorists.

The TTP investigation found that more than 200 X users including individuals who appear to be affiliated with Al-Qaeda, Hezbollah, Hamas, the Houthis, and Syrian and Iraqi militia groups — all deemed foreign terrorist organizations (FTOs) by the US government — are paying for subscriptions to Elon Musk's X.

Put simply, Musk is doing business with actual terrorists, highlighting major flaws in his social media company's content moderation practices.

These paid subscriptions are granting apparent terrorists blue verification badges, which can offer the accounts an added air of legitimacy. Most importantly, though, the subscriptions are granting the users access to premium X features and perks like content monetization tools, the ability to publish longer posts and videos, and greater platform reach — which the TTP says allows for terrorism-linked users to more effectively distribute and monetize propaganda, as well as promote their fundraising efforts.

In a functioning government, Monday morning would begin with the announcement that the US government was cancelling all government contracts with Musk and his businesses and that Musk was banned from the White House.

Leave it to Chump, the intelligence failure, to be bringing a terrorist supporter into the White House.

This is news to Chump but there are standards that the President of the United States not only has to meet but also has to set.

Instead of upholding the law, instead of setting the gold standard for ethics, Chump is just a cheap whore slinging his ass in hopes someone will buy a few minutes of his time.  Peter Wade (ROLLING STONE) reports:

No, Qatar's royal family gifting a $400 million Boeing 747-8 jumbo jet known as a "flying palace" to the government that will reportedly then go to Donald Trump's presidential library is not the same as France giving the Statue of Liberty to the American people. But that is what Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent tried to claim on Sunday.

"Even if Qatar isn't asking for anything in return now for the jet, I mean, that's a bill that could come due," Jake Tapper, host of CNN's State of the Union said to Bessent. "Nobody… just gives a $400 million jet just to be nice."

"Well, I don't know, Jake," Bessent said. "The French gave us the Statue of Liberty. The British gave us the Resolute Desk. I'm not sure they asked for anything in advance."

"The more important airplane deal was, there's $100 billion of orders from Qatari airlines to Boeing. … So I think that that plane deal is much more important than this other one," Bessent added.

"Well, I will just say about the Statue of Liberty, I mean, that was authorized by Congress and it belongs to the American people," Tapper said. It doesn't belong to whoever was president at the time."

Bessent's argument echoes conservative influencers like Ann Coulter, whose X post making the comparison was fact checked in a community note that pointed out that, unlike the plane, Congress authorized the acceptance of the Statue of Liberty.

Further, the people of France gave the statue to the American people, and it became a public monument that the public can access. The plane from Qatar, however, will be transferred from the U.S. Air Force to Trump's presidential library, Trump has said.

These are crooks.  We need to realize that.  We need to realize that so we all learn.  And, yes, I believe MAGA can learn.  I believe their numbers are reducing because no one wants to be represented by criminals.

Well, the DSA does.  But that's the fringe left, not the right.  They think they're bringing about the end of the system and democracy and ready to cheer on whomever starts marching to bring on the Marxist revolution -- not them, they won't march.  They'll work really hard to try to trick some Black people into marching because they don't care when cops beat us up but they don't want to get beat up themselves.

Though they're eager to shove Black bodies at the police, the White Doug Henwoods and Liza Featherstones never put their own 'delicate' bodies on the line.

As bad as things are, they can get so much worse.  And most likely will.  Tom Boggioni (RAW STORY) reports:

According to a bombshell report from the Washington Post, the Department of Justice under Attorney General Pam Bondi is considering a plan that would let federal prosecutors investigate and indict members of Congress unfettered by traditional oversight designed to stop political persecution.

Traditionally, before such an investigation could proceed, a prosecutor would have their case reviewed by the lawyers in the Justice Department’s Public Integrity Section. But that would go away under the new proposal.

The report notes that, should the proposal go into effect, "a long-standing provision in the Justice Department’s manual that outlines how investigations of elected officials should be conducted" would be shunted aside and allow possible prosecutions based purely on politics.
