ISIS was formed in Jordan in 1999, according to most experts. Why would you claim otherwise? Not because you care about Iraq. If you cared about Iraq, for example, right now you'd be Tweeting about the alarming attacks on women and people assumed to be LGBTQ.
OCULAR NERVOSA can Tweet about Dr. Who, toys, Ariana Grande, repeatedly about the sitcom failure THE OFFICE, etc but he can't Tweet about Iraqi women or LGBTQs. He doesn't give a damn about Iraq and only brings it up when he can play partisan.
