Cassidy Congratulates Service Academy Appointees from Louisiana

 

WASHINGTON  U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) today announced the 14 students he nominated that have accepted offers of admission, or appointments, to attend one of America’s Service Academies. These students will enter the Class of 2026 at the U.S. Military, Naval, Air Force, and Merchant Marine Academies. Upon graduation, they will become commissioned officers in the Armed Forces.

 

“We’re thankful for these students who have chosen military service,” said Dr. Cassidy. “We’re thankful for their parents who provided an example of service to their children. And we’re thankful for all those who wear our nation’s uniform.”
