Tell Congress: Enact federal abortion protections

Friend,

Today, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade and people's constitutional right to choose what to do with their bodies in its 5-1-3 decision. For the first time in history, the court has taken away a constitutional right it previously supported.

We will not accept this injustice quietlySign on NOW and tell Congress to pass legislation protecting a person’s right to choose:

Let’s make something clear: Hip Hop Caucus stands firmly with all those who have mobilized to uphold access to choose in every state across America and we’re going to do everything in our power to fight for reproductive justice.

We aren’t just fighting for the right to choose—we are also fighting for proper access to abortion care. It’s no secret who this ruling will impact the most: Black, Brown, Indigenous, and low-income women who can’t afford to take time off of work and travel out of state to get the care they need will be the hardest hit. And as a Black woman, I am outraged.

That’s why we’re taking action. Send a letter to your representatives and tell them to protect a person’s right to choose in federal law:

SIGN NOW

We may feel upset and disillusioned today, but if we come together we will not be defeated. Join us in continuing to fight for people to choose their own reproductive destiny.

For Future Generations,
